Larry Magliozzi - Support for Commerce Center Development
From: Matthew Hall <matt.hall @nd.edu>
To: <lmaglioz @co.st joseph.in.us>
Date: 9/19/2016 8:46 PM
Subject: Support for Commerce Center Development
Dear Mr. Magliozzi,
I am a resident of the East Bank neighborhood (116 S Niles Ave). I am writing to voice my
support for the Commerce Center Development, as proposed by Matthews, LLC. I support a zon
ing change from Central Business District (CBD) to Planned Unit Development (PUD). I believe this
development would positively contribute to the development of the downtown area in general
and our neighborhood specifically. In particular, a grocery store, pharmacy, and additional
apartments in the area will make living in the area more desirable and improve property
values.
Sincerely,
Matthew Hall
Matthew E.K.
