R <br />REGULAR MEETING <br />JANUARY 20, 1987 <br />Handicap Permits (Continued) - <br />3. Helen A. Manuszak <br />1322 Chimes, S.B. <br />4. Michael J. Pecsi <br />17260 Douglas, S.B. <br />5. Joseph T. Serge <br />2135 Riverside, S.B. <br />FILING OF ENVIRONMENTAL CLEAN-UP OF LOTS REPORT <br />A report from the Department of Code Enforcement indicating a. <br />total of twenty-five (25) properties cleaned from January 12, <br />1987 to January 19, 1987, was submitted. Upon a motion made by <br />Mrs. DeClercq, seconded by Mr. Leszczynski and carried, the <br />report as submitted was filed. <br />APPROVE CLAIMS <br />Deputy City Controller Carol M. Sanders submitted Claim Docket <br />No. 3268 through Claim Docket No. 3373 and recommended approval. <br />Upon a motion made by Mrs. DeClercq, seconded by Mr. Leszczynski <br />and carried, the claims were approved and the report filed. <br />PRIVILEGE OF THE FLOOR: <br />SNOW REMOVAL REMINDER <br />Mr. Leszczynski advised that a residential snow clearance was in <br />effect as of 8:00 a.m. this date. He further advised that snow <br />removal has been hampered by individuals plowing or pushing snow <br />from sidewalks and driveways into the street. He advised that <br />this procedure is illegal and individuals pushing snow into the <br />street will be fined. Additionally, vehicles parked on streets <br />hampering snow removal during residential snow or snow route <br />clearances, will be ticketed and if necessary, towed at the <br />owners expense. <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />There being no further business to come before the Board, upon a <br />motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mrs. DeClercq and <br />carried, the meeting adjourned at 10:05 a.m. <br />ATTEST: <br />Sandra M.
