REGULAR MEETING <br />February 22, 2015 <br />Be it remembered that the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana met in the <br />Council Chambers of the County -City Building on Monday, February 22nd, 2016 at 7:00 p.m. <br />The meeting was called to order by Council President Tim Scott and the Invocation was given by <br />Rev. Councilmember Gavin Ferlic seconded the motion <br />which carried by a voice vote of nine (9) ayes. <br />SPECIAL BUSINESS <br />16 -11 A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMON COUNCIL OF <br />THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA PUBLICLY <br />HONORING AND COMMENDING THE SALVATION <br />ARMY RAY AND JOAN KROC CORPS COMMUNITY <br />CENTER FOR SPONSORING ANOTHER VERY <br />SUCCESSFUL RED KETTLE CAMPAIGN WHICH <br />CONTINUES TO BENEFIT MANY IN OUR <br />COMMUNITY <br />Councilmember Dr. David Varner read this resolution in full. <br />Lt. Carl Blessings, Salvation Army, thanked the Council and Mayor Pete for everything they did <br />regarding this campaign as well as Police Chief Ruskzowski and Mayor Dave Wood of <br />Mishawaka. <br />1 <br />
