REGULAR MEETING <br />OCTOBER 24, 1988 <br />The regular meeting of the Board <br />9:35 a.m. on Monday, October 24, <br />Leszczynski with Mr. Leszczynski, <br />Ms. Katherine Humphreys present. <br />Attorney Marva Leonard -Dent. <br />of Public Works was convened at <br />1988 by Board President John E. <br />Mrs. Patricia E. DeClercq and <br />Also present was Assistant City <br />AGENDA ITEMS ADDED <br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mrs. DeClercq <br />and carried, a Contract for Collection Services with Midwest <br />Collection Services, Inc., and a Proposal with Cole Associates in <br />regards to the Municipal Services Facility were added to the <br />agenda. <br />APPROVE MINUTES OF PREVIOUS MEETING <br />Upon a motion made by Mrs. DeClercq, seconded by Ms. Humphreys <br />and carried, the minutes of the regular meeting of the Board of <br />Public Works held on October 17, 1988 were approved. <br />OPENING AND AWARD OF BID - SALE OF ABANDONED VEHICLES <br />This was the date set for receiving and opening of sealed bids <br />for the sale of approximately eleven (11) abandoned vehicles <br />which have been stored at South Bend Auto Parts storage lot <br />located at 218 South Grant Street, South Bend, Indiana. The <br />Clerk tendered proofs of publication of Notice in the South Bend <br />Tribune and the Tri-County News which were found to be <br />sufficient.
