It was noted that this is the second request for <br />Proposals for these services. The Clerk tendered proofs of <br />publication of Notice to be in the South Bend Tribune and <br />Tri-County News which were found sufficient. The following <br />Proposal was opened and publicly read: <br />FEDERATED COLLECTION AGENCY <br />Marycrest Building, Suite 138 <br />2015 West Western Avenue <br />South Bend, Indiana 46629 <br />Proposal was submitted by Robert Forgash and is as follows: <br />PROPOSAL: 35% for local accounts. <br />40% for any account over 100 mile radius outside <br />the City of South Bend. <br />Upon a motion made by Mrs. DeClercq, seconded by Ms. Humphreys <br />and carried, the Proposal as received was referred to the Fire <br />Department for review and recommendation. <br />FILING OF PETITION FOR DISANNEXTION AND SETTING OF PUBLIC HEARING <br />DATE <br />Mrs. DeClercq advised that the Board is in receipt of a Petition <br />for Disannexation as submitted by James P. Knepp, Attorney at <br />Law, Hahn, Walz and Knepp, 509 West Washington Avenue, South <br />Bend, Indiana on behalf of Mr. Robert J. Berta, South Bend, <br />Indiana.
