The total cost of this <br />activity shall not exceed $38,000.00. <br />ADDENDUM VI <br />DEPARTMENT OF ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT <br />NEAR WEST SIDE COMMERCIAL LOAN FUND ACTIVITY <br />Addendum VI indicates a time extension to June 30, 1988. <br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mrs. DeClercq <br />and carried, the above referred to Contract and Addendum were <br />approved and executed. <br />APPROVE MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING - CITY OF SOUTH BEND/SOUTH <br />BEND SCHOOL CROSSING GUARDS <br />City Attorney Richard Nussbaum advised the Board that submitted <br />to them today for approval is a Memorandum of Understanding, <br />between the City of South Bend and the South Bend School Crossing <br />Guards. He stated that the purpose of the Memorandum of <br />Understanding is to put in writing what has been an oral <br />understanding between the City and the school crossing guards. <br />Mr. Nussbaum asked that the Board look favorably upon this <br />
