311 REGULAR MEETING SEPTEMBER 24, 1990 was in order and a five per cent (50) Bid Bond not to exceed $2,500.00 was submitted. BID: $10,230.00 CLEAN AIR SYSTEMS, INC. 23349 State Road 23 West South Bend, Indiana 46614 Bid was signed by Mr. Anthony W. Kiskorna, Vice-President/GM, Non -Collusion Affidavit was in order and a five per cent (50) Bid Bond not to exceed $625.00 was submitted. BID: $12,480.00 Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Ms. Humphreys and carried, the above bids were referred to the Department of Economic Development for review and recommendation. OPENING OF BIDS - SALE OF ABANDONED VEHICLES This was the date set for receiving and opening of sealed bids for the sale of approximately nine (9) abandoned vehicles which have been stored at Super Auto Salvage Corporation, 3300 South Main Street, South Bend, Indiana.
