266 REGULAR MEETING SEPTEMBER 4, 1990 feet; thence North 10 rods and 24 links; thence East 39 feet; thence South 10 rods and 24 links to the place of beginning, EXCEPTING therefrom so much off of the South end thereof as is now occupied by Western Avenue, formerly Division Street (all hereinafter referred to as the "Northeast corner of Western Avenue and Chapin Street") shall be, and the same hereby is prohibited at all hours of the day and night. 2. That any unoccupied and unattended vehicle found in violation of said regulation shall be removed from the Northwest corner of Western Avenue and Chapin Street by the Police Department or its agent, at the expense of the vehicle owner. 3. That the regulations set forth herein shall become effective upon the adoption of this Resolution and the installation of a sign or signs of reasonable size upon said real property, bearing the following or similar message: No Trespassing. No standing, stopping, parking or other use by vehicles and/or persons, at any hour of the day or night. Violators shall be prosecuted.
