Upon a motion made by Mrs. DeClercq, seconded by Ms. <br />Humphreys and carried, the Title Sheets were approved and <br />signed. <br />FILING OF ENVIRONMENTAL CLEAN-UP OF LOTS REPORTS <br />Two (2) reports from the Department of Code Enforcement <br />indicating a total of twenty-seven (27) City -owned and <br />miscellaneous properties cleaned from July 2, 1990 to July 5, <br />1990 and forty-five (45) other properties cleaned from <br />July 2, 1990 to July 5, 1990, were submitted. Upon a motion made <br />by Mrs. DeClercq, seconded by Ms. Humphreys and carried, the <br />reports as submitted were filed. <br />FILING OF CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE <br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mrs. DeClercq <br />and carried, the Certificate of Insurance for Ritschard Brothers, <br />Inc., 1204 West Sample Street, South Bend, Indiana, was accepted <br />and filed. <br />APPROVE CLAIMS <br />Chief Deputy Controller John D. Leisenring submitted Claim Docket <br />No. 11054 through Claim Docket No. 11287 and recommended <br />approval. Additionally, Voucher Nos. 566-597 for the Bureau of <br />Wastewater, Voucher Nos. 449-477 for the Bureau of Sewers and <br />Voucher Nos. 30-33 for the Bureau of Solid Waste were submitted <br />for approval. Upon a motion made by Mrs. DeClercq, seconded by <br />Ms. Humphreys and carried, the claims and vouchers were approved <br />and the reports as submitted were filed. <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />There being no further business to come before the Board, upon a <br />motion made by Ms. Humphreys, seconded by Mrs. DeClercq and <br />carried, the meeting adjourned at 9:48 a.m. <br />r <br />L <br />J hn E.
