b. All written views pertinent to the location and environmental studies that <br />are received by the Owner. <br />8. Arrange for access to and make all provisions for Engineer and/or <br />Subcontractors to enter upon public and private property as required to <br />perform services under this Agreement. <br />9. Furnish approvals and necessary permits from all governmental authorities <br />having jurisdiction over the Project and such approvals and consents from <br />others as may be necessary for completion of the Project. Permit fees shall <br />be paid by Owner at time of submission of said applications. <br />10. Examine all studies, reports, sketches, drawings, specifications, proposals <br />and other documents presented by Engineer, obtain advice of attorney, <br />insurance counselor and other consultants as Owner deems appropriate for <br />such examination and render in writing decisions pertaining thereto within a <br />reasonable time so as not to delay the services of Engineer. <br />11. Furnish all legal services as may be required for the development of the <br />project. <br />12. Provide written approval of completed work phases as described in Section I <br />of this Agreement. Accomplish reviews and provide written approvals in a <br />timely manner. <br />13.
