EJCDC <br />ENGINEERS JOINT CONTRACT <br />DOCUMENTS COMMITTEE <br />This is EXHIBIT A, consisting of 8 <br />pages, referred to in and part of the <br />Agreement between Owner and <br />Engineer for Professional Services <br />dated [ ]. <br />Engineer's Services <br />PART 1— BASIC SERVICES <br />A1.01 Topographic Survey <br />A. Engineer shall: <br />1. Ireland Road, provide qualified personnel to perform a topographic survey <br />of the damaged area surrounding the culvert utilizing a High Definition <br />Scanner and conventional survey methods. The limits of the survey shall be <br />approximately 100 feet wide centered on the culvert, and from <br />approximately 50 feet south of the north edge of pavement of Ireland Road <br />to approximately 100 feet north of the north edge of pavement, see Exhibit <br />A-2. A three dimensional CAD file shall be generated from the point cloud <br />data showing the extent of the wash out along with the location of the <br />culvert, curb and gutter, edges of pavement, surface evidence of utilities, <br />street lights/traffic signals and sufficient number of ground and pavement <br />elevations. Manholes will be detailed for rim and invert elevations along <br />with pipe sizes and directions. <br />Survey control shall be tied to the City of South Bend Datum.
