63 REGULAR MEETING FEBRUARY 26, 1990 EXHIBIT A Niles Avenue Improvements Project The 100 and 200 blocks of Niles Avenue, more particularly described as: Starting at a point on the west right-of-way line of Niles Avenue, one hundred thirty-two (132) feet south of the south right-of-way line extended of Washington Street continuing north along said west right-of-way line to a point one hundred sixty-five (165) feet north of the north right-of-way line of LaSalle Avenue, thence east (66) feet to a point along the east Niles Avenue one hundred sixty-five north right-of-way line of LaSalle the east right-of-way line to a poi (132) feet south of the south right street, thence west a distance of s the starting point. EXHIBIT B a distance of sixty-six right-of-way line of (165) feet north of the Avenue, thence south along nt one hundred thirty-two -of-way line of Washington ixty-six (66) feet back to Madison Street Improvements Project The 400 Block of East Madison Street, more particularly described as: Starting at a point along the north right-of-way line of Madison Street, four hundred sixty-seven (467) feet west of the point of intersection of said north right-of-way line and the west right-of-way line of Niles Avenue, thence east along said north right-of-way line to said point of intersection; thence south along said west right-of-way line a distance of eighty two and one-half (82.5) feet to the point of intersection with the south right-of-way line of Madison Street; thence west along said south right-of-way line a distance of four hundred sixty-two (462) feet to a point; thence northwesterly along a line a distance of sixty-two (62) feet, more or less, back to the starting point. EXHIBIT C Washington Street Improvements Project The 500 block of East Washington Street, more particularly described as: Starting at the point along the north right-of-way of Washington Street extended, 14 feet west of the intersection of the east right-of-way line of Niles Avenue and the north right-of-way line of Washington Street, thence east along said north right-of-way line a distance of 373 feet to a point 14 feet east of the point of intersection with the west right-of-way line of Hill Street, thence south parallel to said west right-of-way line a distance of eighty-two and one-half (82.5) feet to the point of intersection with the south right-of-way line of Washington Street extended, thence west along said south right-of-way line to a point 14 feet west of the point of intersection with said east right-of-way line of Niles Avenue; thence north parallel to said east right-of-way line back to the starting point.
