20 <br />REGULAR MEETING <br />JANUARY 15, 1990 <br />(e) he or she has not filed bankruptcy within the <br />last seven years. <br />3. That if the applicant fails to establish that he or she <br />is creditworthy pursuant to the above criteria, the applicant <br />will be required to make the full deposit. <br />4. That the Water Works may require a present customer to <br />increase his or her deposit amount if not already at the maximum <br />if the customer has been mailed a disconnect notice for two (2) <br />consecutive months or any three months within the preceding <br />twelve month period, or when service has been disconnected <br />pursuant to the rules for non-payment. <br />5. That a present customer wishing to transfer service to <br />another address or to make a new application for service at an <br />additional location will have his or her account reviewed for <br />creditworthiness under the criteria listed in Paragraph 2. <br />6. That any customer currently being provided service may <br />make a written request to have the Water Works review his or her <br />deposit amount. If the customer is deemed creditworthy according <br />to the above criteria, then the Water Works will credit any <br />excess deposit over the reduced rate to the customer's account. <br />7. That Paragraphs 1 through 6, herein, inclusive, shall be <br />and hereby are incorporated into the South Bend Public Utilities <br />Rules, Regulations & Policy. <br />8.
