Baxter, Non -Collusion <br />Affidavit was in order, Non -Discrimination Commitment form <br />was completed and a five per cent (5a) Bid Bond was <br />submitted. <br />BID: <br />One (1) 1992 Ford F-350 SD McCoy Miller 144" Ambulance: <br />Unit Price: $74,825.00 <br />Bid contained a separate letter which indicated that Michiana <br />Custom Coach is submitting a bid per City specifications with <br />exceptions listed, for one (1) 1992 McCoy Miller all aluminum <br />144" modular mounted on a 1992 Ford F-350XL 161" wheelbase <br />Superduty chassis for the sum of: $75,825.00 <br />If the City would consider, upon availability, a 1991 Ford <br />Superduty chassis, the City may deduct $4,625.00 thus giving <br />the City a net bid of: $71,200.00 <br />This unit will carry a standard chassis warranty, a Ford <br />extended warranty, a fifteen (15) year warranty on the <br />module, a six (6) year/60,000 mile warranty on the factory <br />conversion electrical system and a three (3) year warranty on <br />the paint. <br />Delivery would be approximately ninety (90) to one hundred <br />twenty (120) days from receipt of a 1992 chassis. Ninety <br />(90) to one hundred twenty (120) days from receipt of order <br />on a 1991. Payment is due in full upon delivery. <br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Ms. Humphreys <br />and carried, the above bids were referred to the Fire Department <br />for review and recommendation. <br />OPENING OF BIDS - AIRPORT 2010 PROJECT - OLD CLEVELAND ROAD <br />RELOCATION FROM U.S. 31 BYPASS TO MAYFLOWER ROAD <br />This was the date set for receiving and opening of sealed bids <br />for the above referred to project. The Clerk tendered proofs of <br />publication of Notice in the South Bend Tribune and the <br />Tri-County News which were found to be sufficient. Mr. <br />Leszczynski noted that the Engineer's Estimate for this project <br />is $2,255,000.00. <br />The following bids were opened and publicly read: <br />
