Ms. Humphreys seconded <br />the motion which carried. <br />APPROVE BOND OF CONTRACTOR <br />Mr. Leszczynski noted that the Engineering Department has <br />recommended that the Bond of Contractor for Reynold M. Derda, <br />1726 North College Street; South Bend, Indiana, be approved <br />effective October 28, 1991. Mrs. DeClercq made a motion that the <br />recommendation be accepted and the bond be approved. Ms. <br />Humphreys seconded the motion which carried. <br />APPROVE TRAFFIC CONTROL DEVICES <br />Upon a motion made by Mrs. DeClercq, seconded by Ms. Humphreys <br />and carried, the following two (2) traffic control devices were <br />approved: <br />1. NEW INSTALLATION: Temporary No Parking <br />6 a.m. to 12:00 noon - <br />November 7, 1991 <br />LOCATION: Colfax - St. Joseph to Lafayette <br />(south side). Also, Woodward Court <br />- both sides <br />REMARKS: Childrens performance on November <br />7th at the Morris Civic Auditorium <br />2, NEW INSTALLATION: Handicap Parking Space <br />LOCATION: 913 Leland Avenue <br />REMARKS: Mr. Edward Shelton moved out of the <br />area in 1987. He has moved back <br />home and needs the sign <br />reinstalled. <br />FILING OF ENVIRONMENTAL CLEAN-UP OF LOTS REPORTS <br />Mr. Leszczynski advised that the Board is in receipt of two (2) <br />lists submitted by the Department of Code Enforcement indicating <br />the locations of forty (40) City -owned and miscellaneous <br />properties cleaned by the Department during the period October <br />14, 1991 to October 17, 1991. Mrs. DeClercq made a motion that <br />the lists as submitted be accepted for filing. Ms. Humphreys <br />seconded the motion which carried. <br />APPROVE CLAIMS <br />Mr. Juan A.
