Unless otherwise and specifically stated, any references to the Parks <br />Department, Superintendent of Parks, Board of Parks Commissioners or Park Board within the <br />entire South Bend Municipal Code shall remain unchanged and unaffected by this Ordinance. <br />SECTION IV.
