REGULAR MEETING SEPTEMBER 16, 1991 It is noted that MacDonald Machinery Company, Inc., 52401 Ralph Jones Drive, South Bend, Indiana has advised the Board that they decline to bid at this time. The following bids were opened and publicly read: DEEDS EQUIPMENT COMPANY INCORPORATED 8015 East 45th Street, Box 26036 Lawrence, Indiana 46226 Bid was signed by Mr. Daniel A. Brennan, Vice -President, Non -Collusion Affidavit was in order and a ten per cent (100) Bid Bond was submitted.
