<br />Section H. Annual Maximum Salaries..
<br />(a) Definitions: For purposes of this ordinance, "Salary Classifications" mean
<br />Categories for salary and annual pay purposes only. "Rank" does not mean salary classification.
<br />(b) Annual Pay for Sworn Members of the South Bend Fire Department: Maximum
<br />annual pays for the swom members of the South Bend Fire Department, including upper level
<br />policy making positions defined by Indiana Code § 36- 8 -1 -12 for calendar years 2015, 2016 and
<br />2017 shall be set as follows:

<br />(d) Salaries for Non -Rank Specialties: Qualified sworn members of the South Bend Fire
<br />Department who are regularly assigned to perform any of the following non -rank specialties, shall
