EXHIBIT `B <br />Vetting and Training Schedule <br />NIWB (through its' WorkOne office) will commence the training program on September 15t <br />2016 and will complete the training program on December 31, 2016. <br />Program Process <br />Week One (week one starts upon receiving confirmation of negative drug test results): <br />Day One: <br />Day Two: <br />Day Three: <br />Day Four: <br />Enrollment in WorkOne Services <br />WorkKeys Testing — Appropriate level for track must be obtained <br />Barrier Assessment <br />TORQ Assessment <br />Evaluation of individual's desire to obtain employment <br />Work History evaluation <br />Resume and interview development <br />Begin employer match — when OJTs are incorporated with program track <br />o Each individual and employer is matched by the WorkOne Business <br />Service Team. Every OJT is customized for the company and will be <br />designed to accurately meet individuals and employer needs. <br />Week Three and Beyond <br />Subsequent weeks will follow appropriate track curriculums, which will be designed <br />and administered by selected program providers. All training programs shall be <br />designed to meet the needs of business in high growth/high demand industries. <br />15 <br />
