REGULAR MEETING JULY 15, 1991 2. E-Rect-O, Inc. 12807 McKinley Highway Mishawaka, Indiana FILING OF ENVIRONMENTAL CLEAN-UP OF LOTS REPORTS Mr. Leszczynski advised that the Board is in receipt of two (2) lists from the Department of Code Enforcement indicating that sixty-one (61) properties were cleaned from July 1, 1991 to July 3, 1991 and that thirty-three (33) City-owned/miscellaneous properties were cleaned from July 1, 1991 to July 3, 1991. Mrs. DeClercq made a motion that the lists,as submitted be filed. Mr. Leszczynski seconded the motion which carried. APPROVE CLAIMS Chief Deputy Controller John D. Docket Nos. 8110-8289, 8054-8059 approval. Upon a motion made by DeClercq and carried, the claims submitted were filed. PRIVILEGE OF THE FLOOR: Leisenring, submitted Claim and 8297-8574 and recommended Ms. Humphreys, seconded by Mrs, were approved and the reports as COMMENTS REGARDING TREE LIMB PICK-UP Mr. Carl Littrell, Director, Division of Engineering, advised that the Department of Solid Waste will be clearing the City streets of limbs knocked down during the latest storm. Residents can bundle their limbs and place them on the tree lawns where they will be picked -up during the regular course of trash pickups. THANKS FROM COUNCILMAN WILLIAM SODERBERG Common Councilman William Soderberg was present and thanked members of the Board for approving a number of block parties within his district as well as the annual River Park parade that will take place in August. ADJOURNMENT There being no further business to come before the Board, upon a motion made by Mrs. DeClercq, seconded by Ms. Humphreys and carried, the meeting was adjourned at 10:05 a.m. hn E.
