The Clerk <br />tendered proofs of publication of Notice in the South Bend <br />Tribune and the Tri-County News which were found to be <br />sufficient. Mr. Leszczynski advised that no bids were received <br />by the Board to supply Polymer for the Bureau of Wastewater. <br />ADOPT_ RESOLUTION NOS. 27-1991 - TRADE-IN OF OBSOLETE VEHICLE - <br />FIRE DEPARTMENT <br />Mr. Leszczynski advised that Fire Chief Luther Taylor has <br />requested that the Board declare obsolete one (1) 1980 Chevrolet <br />Step Van that will be used as a trade-in to Jordan Ford for the <br />purchase of one (1) 1991 Ford Crew Cab Chassis. Chief Taylor <br />noted that the cost of the new vehicle is $23,725.00 less <br />$4,000.00 for trade-in. <br />Therefore, Ms. Humphreys made a motion that the Resolution which <br />has been prepared and submitted in this regard be adopted.
