REGULAR MEETING <br />APRIL 22, 1991 <br />APPROVE AGREEMENTS FOR USE OF PUBLIC RIGHT-OF-WAY FOR FOOT RACES <br />AND SIMILAR EVENTS: <br />- 4TH ANNUAL CRIME STOPPERS MOONLIGHT WALK - MAY 5, 1991 <br />- 21ST ANNUAL WALK AMERICA - APRIL 27, 1991 <br />Pursuant to Resolution No. 9-1985, establishing policies and fees <br />for foot races and similar events, adopted by the Board of Public <br />Works on March 4, 1985, sponsors of the above referred to events <br />have fulfilled resolution requirements and Agreements are being <br />presented to the Board at this time. <br />It is noted that on February 11, 1991, the Board of Public Works <br />approved the date for the 4th Annual Crime Stoppers Moonlight <br />Walk and on March 4, 1991, approved the request of the March of <br />Dimes Birth Defects Foundation to conduct the 21st Annual Walk <br />America. <br />Upon a motion made by Ms. Humphreys, seconded by Mrs. DeClercq <br />and carried, the Agreement with Crime Stopper was approved and <br />executed.
