Li <br />1 <br />REGULAR MEETING <br />APRIL 1, 1991 <br />FILING OF CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE <br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mrs. DeClercq <br />and carried, the Certificate of Insurance for Petroleum <br />Equipment, Inc., 12875 McKinley Highway, Mishawaka Indiana, was <br />accepted and filed. <br />FILING OF ENVIRONMENTAL CLEAN-UP OF LOTS REPORT <br />Mr. Leszczynski advised that the Board is in receipt of two (2) <br />lists from the Department of Code Enforcement indicating that <br />twenty-eight (28) properties were cleared from March 18, 1991 to <br />March 22, 1991 and that five (5) City Owned/Miscellaneous <br />properties were cleaned on March 18, 1991. Mrs. DeClercq made a <br />motion that the lists as submitted be filed. Mr. Leszczynski <br />seconded the motion which carried. <br />APPROVE CLAIMS <br />Mr. Juan Manigault, Executive Director, St. Joseph County Job <br />Training Program, submitted a list containing one hundred <br />nineteen (119) claims and recommended approval. Upon a motion <br />made by Mrs. DeClercq, seconded by Mr. Leszczynski and carried, <br />the claims were approved and the reports as submitted were filed. <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />There being no further business to come before the Board, upon a <br />motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mrs. DeClercq and <br />carried, the meeting adjourned at 10:22 a.m. <br />ATT ST: <br />V <br />Sandra M.
