The following hourly rates shall be charged for <br />individual vehicles parked at City operated parking garages: <br />Hours <br />Rate <br />0 to 1 hour <br />$ <br />1.00 <br />2 hours <br />$ <br />1.50 <br />3 hours <br />$ <br />2.00 <br />4 hours <br />$ <br />2.50 <br />5 to 8 hours <br />$ <br />3.00 <br />9 to 24 hours <br />$ <br />5.00 <br />After hours/evening <br />$ <br />2.00 <br />SECTION IV. This Resolution rescinds and supersedes all <br />prior resolutions setting rates for municipal parking facilities. <br />SECTION V. Parmerlee, Clerk <br />ADOPT RESOLUTION NO. 12-1991 - ASSIGNING INTERESTS IN CERTAIN <br />CONTRACTS RELATING TO THE AIRPORT ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AREA <br />PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT PROJECT TO THE SOUTH BEND REDEVELOPMENT <br />AUTHORITY <br />Mr. Leszczynski advised that the above referred to Resolution <br />which was submitted to the Board today is necessitated due to <br />bonding requirements. Ms. Ann Kolata, Deputy Executive Director, <br />Department of Economic Development, advised that since the <br />engineering services are going to be paid from bond proceeds it <br />is necessary to reassign these contracts to the Redevelopment <br />Authority. It is noted that the Contractors involved, Cole <br />Associates, Clyde E. Williams & Associates and Ken Herceg & <br />Associates, have agreed to this reassignment. Therefore, Mrs. <br />DeClercq made a motion that Resolution No. 12-1991 be adopted. <br />Ms. Humphreys seconded the motion which carried and the following <br />Resolution No. 12-1991 was adopted: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 12-1991 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND <br />BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS ASSIGNING ITS <br />INTERESTS IN CERTAIN CONTRACTS RELATING <br />TO THE AIRPORT ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AREA <br />PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT PROJECT TO THE <br />SOUTH BEND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY <br />WHEREAS, the Redevelopment District of the City of South <br />Bend, Indiana, previously issued its Nine Hundred Fifty Thousand <br />Dollars ($950,000) aggregate principal amount of City of South <br />Bend Redevelopment District tax Increment Revenue Bonds of 1990, <br />originally dated September 1, 1990, the proceeds of which have <br />been and are being used by the South Bend Redevelopment <br />Commission (the "Commission") for engineering expenses relating <br />to the Airport Economic Development Area Public Improvement <br />Project (the "Engineering Expenses"); and <br />WHEREAS, the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend <br />(the "Board") has entered into certain contracts for such <br />
