TAXI <br />Mr. Leszczynski advised that pursuant to the Board's Public <br />Hearing that was held on March 18, 1991, regarding the <br />Application for a Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity <br />for the Operation of Taxicabs as submitted by Mr. Darrell <br />Courtney, President, The J.J.R. Corporation, 435 East Jefferson <br />Boulevard, Fort Wayne, Indiana, in the name of J.J.R. Taxi, 1615 <br />Lincolnway East, South Bend, Indiana, the Board is prepared at <br />this time to make a recommendation concerning the application. <br />
