TAXI Mr. Leszczynski advised that pursuant to the Board's Public Hearing that was held on March 18, 1991, regarding the Application for a Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity for the Operation of Taxicabs as submitted by Mr. Darrell Courtney, President, The J.J.R. Corporation, 435 East Jefferson Boulevard, Fort Wayne, Indiana, in the name of J.J.R. Taxi, 1615 Lincolnway East, South Bend, Indiana, the Board is prepared at this time to make a recommendation concerning the application.
