1 t <br />REGULAR MEETING FEBRUARY 11, 1991 <br />- Mr. Thomas Walsh <br />W & K Equipment Company <br />Walsh and Kelly, Inc. <br />1700 East Main Street <br />Griffith, Indiana <br />FILING OF ENVIRONMENTAL CLEAN-UP OF LOTS REPORTS <br />Mr. Leszczynski advised that the Board is in receipt of two (2) <br />lists from the Department of Code Enforcement indicating that <br />nine (9) City/Miscellaneous Properties were cleaned from January <br />24, 1991 to January 30, 1991 and that thirty-eight (38) other <br />properties were cleaned from January 23, 1991 through January 29, <br />1991. Therefore, Mrs. DeClercq made a motion that the lists as <br />submitted be accepted for filing. Mr. Leszczynski seconded the <br />motion which carried. <br />APPROVE CLAIMS <br />Chief Deputy City Controller John D. Leisenring, submitted Claim <br />Docket Nos. 1164 through 1409 and Nos. 1528 through 1617 and <br />recommended approval. Upon a motion made by Mrs. DeClercq, <br />seconded by Mr. Leszczynski and carried, the claims were approved <br />and the report filed. <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />There being no further business to come before the Board, upon a <br />motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mrs. DeClercq and <br />carried, the meeting adjourned at 9:56 a.m. <br />ANNOUNCEMENT OF SPECIAL MEETING <br />It was noted that there will be a Special Meeting of the Board of <br />Public Works at 2:30 p.m. on Tuesday, February 12, 1991, <br />regarding the Official Statement/Tax Anticipation Time Warrants. <br />John E.
