Ms. Steinmaier noted that twenty (20) feet will be <br />required. FOR BLOCK <br />PARTY - AUGUST 22, 1992 <br />Mr. Leszczynski advised that the appropriate City departments and <br />bureaus have reviewed the above referred to requests, which were <br />submitted to the Board on July 27, 1992, June 15, 1992 and August <br />3, 1992, and approval is recommended. Therefore, Mr. Caldwell <br />made a motion that the recommendations be accepted and the <br />requests be approved. Mrs. Mueller seconded the motion which <br />carried. <br />FAVORABLE RECOMMENDATION - VACATION PETITION - TO CLOSE 1ST N/S <br />ALLEY EAST OF SOUTH CLINTON <br />Mr. Leszczynski noted that the Board has received from the Common <br />Council a Vacation Petition as submitted -by Mr. Mike Dobson-, 6910 <br />North Gumwood Road, Building 16, South Bend, Indiana, B&R Oil <br />Company, Inc., 702 Lincolnway East, South Bend, Indiana, and <br />Ralph and Barbara Dobson, 702 Lincolnway East to vacate the <br />following alley: <br />The first north/south alley east of South Clinton <br />Street from the south right-of-way line of East <br />South Street to the north right-of-way line of <br />the first east/west alley south of East South Street <br />for a distance of approximately 148.95 feet and width <br />of approximately 12.04 feet. Part situated in the Replat <br />of John Rush's Second Addition in the City of South <br />Bend, Indiana. <br />Mr. Leszczynski noted that favorable recommendations concerning <br />this vacation have been received from the Department of <br />Sanitation, Engineering Department, Area Plan Commission, Fire <br />Department and Police Department, concerning this vacation. <br />Therefore, Mr. Caldwell made a motion that the Board submit to <br />
