QUOTATION: $35.00 per window $40.00 per door covering With 1/2 inch exterior grade wafer board, attached by 1/2 inch square head screws. UNITED CONSTRUCTION, INC., OF ST. JOSEPH COUNTY 823 Union Street Mishawaka, Indiana Quotation was submitted by Mr. Tom Sowell, President. QUOTATION: $15.75 per window unit $19.75 per door unit PAUL DAVIS SYSTEMS OF NORTHERN INDIANA 2630 Western Avenue South Bend, Indiana 46619 Quotation was submitted by Mr. Jim Rosebaum, Assoc. QUOTATION: Small openings (less than 48" in width and height): $19.50 Windows, doors or openings that exceed 48" in height or width but do not exceed 4' x 81: $27.50 There will be a minimum charge of $34.50 Larger openings that may require building a frame or that exceed 41x8' would be done for $1.29 a square foot. Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Caldwell and carried, the above bids were referred to the Department of Code Enforcement for review and recommendation. APPROVE SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT NO. 2 - SOUTH BEND USARC EXCHANGE AGREEMENT Mr. Leszczynski advised that Supplemental Agreement No. 2 to the Exchange Agreement approved by the Board on July 15, 1991, has been submitted for approval. Board Attorney and Member Mary H. Mueller advised that this Supplemental Agreement provides that the Army releases their leasehold interest at the Northside Army_ Reserve Center but still is responsible for environmental remediation. She therefore made a motion that the Supplemental Agreement be approved and executed. Mr. Caldwell seconded the motion which carried.
