Redwine, Non -Collusion Affidavit was in order, Non -Discrimination Commitment form was completed and a Certified Check in the amount of $160.00 was submitted. BID: 3. Wet Wash only, 100 or more units per month $1.99 each Name and address of car wash facility: - Town & Country Amoco, 3627 East McKinley, South Bend, IN Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mrs. Mueller and carried, the above bids were referred to the Police Department for review and recommendation. ADOPT RESOLUTION NOS. 26-1992 AND 27-1992 - APPROVING OF REAL PROPERTY FROM THE SOUTH RF.Nn RRnF.VF.T.0PMFNT rO' SSI (611 E. SOUTH STREET AND 701 E. SOUTH STREET) Board Attorney and Member Mary H. Mueller advised that submitted to the Board were two (2) Resolutions approving the sublease of real property located at 611 East South Street and 701 East South Street from the South Bend Redevelopment Commission to the Board of Public Works. It is noted that the Subleases are for a period of twenty-two (22) years. It is further noted that the Redevelopment Commission leases these parcels to the Board of Public Works who in turn will sublease to the Housing Development Corporation. Therefore, Mrs. Mueller made a motion that the following Resolutions be adopted and the Subleases be approved and executed. Mr. Leszczynski seconded the motion which carried. RESOLUTION NO. 26-1992 RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF PUBLIC APPROVING A SUBLEASE OF REAL PROPERTY FROM THE SOUTH BEND REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION WHEREAS, the South Bend Redevelopment Commission is lessee of the following described real property owned by the South Bend Redevelopment Authority (the "Authority") under the Lease -Purchase Agreement dated as of November 1, 1989, and approved and modified on the 16th day of February, 1990, (the "Lease"): A parcel of land in the West Half of the Southeast Quarter of Section 12, Township 37 North, Range 2 East, City of South Bend, Portage Township, St. Joseph County, Indiana, being part of Lot 13 of John Rush's 1st Addition, as recorded in Book 2, Page 53, at the St. Joseph County Recorder's Office in South Bend, Indiana, and described as follows: Commencing at the Northwest corner of Lot 11, also being the intersection of the East right-of-way line of Rush Street and the South right-of-way line of a 12.50 foot alley; thence North 89*41140" East (bearing assumed), 110.00 feet along said South right-of-way line to the Point of Beginning; thence continuing North 89*41'40" East, 55.00 feet; thence South 00°01'54" East, 166.00 feet to the North right-of-way line of South Street; thence South 89°41'40" West, 55.00 feet along said South 1 1 1
