Wet Wash only, 100 or more units <br />per month $1.99 each <br />Name and address of car wash facility: <br />- Town & Country Amoco, 3627 East McKinley, South Bend, IN <br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mrs. Mueller <br />and carried, the above bids were referred to the Police <br />Department for review and recommendation. <br />ADOPT RESOLUTION NOS. 26-1992 AND 27-1992 - APPROVING <br />OF REAL PROPERTY FROM THE SOUTH RF.Nn RRnF.VF.T.0PMFNT rO' <br />SSI <br />(611 E. SOUTH STREET AND 701 E. SOUTH STREET) <br />Board Attorney and Member Mary H. Mueller advised that submitted <br />to the Board were two (2) Resolutions approving the sublease of <br />real property located at 611 East South Street and 701 East South <br />Street from the South Bend Redevelopment Commission to the Board <br />of Public Works. It is noted that the Subleases are for a period <br />of twenty-two (22) years. It is further noted that the <br />Redevelopment Commission leases these parcels to the Board of <br />Public Works who in turn will sublease to the Housing Development <br />Corporation. Therefore, Mrs. Mueller made a motion that the <br />following Resolutions be adopted and the Subleases be approved <br />and executed. Mr. Leszczynski seconded the motion which carried. <br />RESOLUTION NO. 26-1992 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF PUBLIC <br />APPROVING A SUBLEASE OF REAL PROPERTY <br />FROM THE SOUTH BEND REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION <br />WHEREAS, the South Bend Redevelopment Commission is lessee of <br />the following described real property owned by the South Bend <br />Redevelopment Authority (the "Authority") under the <br />Lease -Purchase Agreement dated as of November 1, 1989, and <br />approved and modified on the 16th day of February, 1990, (the <br />"Lease"): <br />A parcel of land in the West Half of the Southeast <br />Quarter of Section 12, Township 37 North, Range 2 <br />East, City of South Bend, Portage Township, St. <br />Joseph County, Indiana, being part of Lot 13 of John <br />Rush's 1st Addition, as recorded in Book 2, Page 53, <br />at the St. Joseph County Recorder's Office in South <br />Bend, Indiana, and described as follows: <br />Commencing at the Northwest corner of Lot 11, also <br />being the intersection of the East right-of-way line <br />of Rush Street and the South right-of-way line of a <br />12.50 foot alley; thence North 89*41140" East <br />(bearing assumed), 110.00 feet along said South <br />right-of-way line to the Point of Beginning; thence <br />continuing North 89*41'40" East, 55.00 feet; thence <br />South 00°01'54" East, 166.00 feet to the North <br />right-of-way line of South Street; thence South <br />89°41'40" West, 55.00 feet along said South <br />1 <br />1 <br />1 <br />
