REGULAR MEETING MAY 4, 1992 1 :l l 18-5101-3556 18-5108-3816 18-5114-406401 18-5091-3211 1134 Georgiana Lot 72 Hartman & Miller Addn 917 Hill Lot 7 Ex 65 Ft W End Hickeys Sub of Lot 150 Sorins 2nd Add 1026 Stanfield 4.8' N Side Lot 14 Heirman Add 1326 Corby Lot 299 Park Place 3rd WHEREAS, the City has requested that the County transfer the parcels described above to the City's Board of Public Works, which is authorized by I.C. 36-9-6 to acquire, maintain, and control the real property of the City; and WHEREAS, the County is willing to transfer said parcels to the City upon payment of One Dollar ($1.00) per parcel and the City's agreement to assume any recording costs associated with the transfer; and WHEREAS, I.C. 36-1-11-8 provides for the transfer of real property between governmental entities by adoption of substantially equivalent resolutions; and WHEREAS, the County's Board of Commissioners will adopt a resolution substantially equivalent to this resolution setting forth the terms and conditions of this transfer of real estate between the County and the City.
