AMOUNT BID <br />21205 <br />TOTAL: <br />$ 40.00 <br />$826.62 <br />APPROVE CONTRACT FOR CONSULATING SERVICES - MTC SERVICES <br />Mr. Leszczynski advised that the Board is in receipt of a <br />Contract for Consulting Services, between MTC Services and the <br />Board of Public Works on behalf of the Department of Economic <br />Development. <br />Ms. Marcia Townsend, Department of Economic Development, advised <br />the Board that this Contract is a renewal of a Contract with Mr. <br />Sam Mercantini and is in the amount of $25,462.00 which is a <br />three per cent (30) increase over last year. <br />Board Attorney Mary H. Mueller informed members of the Board that <br />the Contract indicates that services which Mr. Mercantini will <br />provide include assistance with closing of loans through the <br />Commercial Revolving Loan Fund program, fundraising, public <br />relations, acting as liaison between the NBDC and member business <br />associations and providing administrative assistance to the NBDC. <br />Mrs. DeClercq made a motion that the Contract be approved and <br />executed. Mr. Caldwell seconded the motion which carried. <br />1 <br />
