Mrs. DeClercq seconded the motion APPROVE TRAFFIC CONTROL DEVICE Upon a motion made by Ms. Humphreys, seconded by Mrs. DeClercq and carried, the following one (1) traffic control device was approved: 1. REMOVAL OF: 2 Hour Parking LOCATION: West side of Taylor - Washington to Jefferson REMARKS: Requested by Mr. Jim Caldwell FILING OF ENVIRONMENTAL CLEAN-UP OF LOTS REPORTS Mrs. DeClercq advised that the Board is in receipt of two (2) lists as submitted by the Department of Code Enforcement indicating that twenty-seven (27) City owned and miscellaneous properties were cleaned by the Department during the period January 13, 1992 to January 17, 1992. Mrs. DeClercq made a motion that the lists be accepted for filing. Ms. Humphreys seconded the motion which carried. APPROVE CLAIMS Mrs. DeClercq advised that the Deputy Controllers Office has submitted claims in the amounts of $848,489.69 and $4,058,638.34 and that Mr. Juan A. Manigault, Executive Director, WDS of Northern Indiana, has submitted claims in the amount of $340,738.78 and recommend approval. Therefore, Ms. Humphreys made a motion that the claims as submitted be approved and the lists filed. Mrs. DeClercq seconded the motion which carried. THANK YOU AND FAREWELL TO BOARD MEMBER KATHERINE HUMPHREYS Members of the Board and all present thanked Katherine Humphreys for her work as a member of the Board of Public Works and wished her well as she leaves her position as City Controller.
