REGULAR MEETING <br />SEPTEMBER 7, 1993 <br />Payee: Small, Inc. <br />25190 State Road 4 <br />North Liberty, Indiana 46554 <br />Amount: $3,042.31 <br />Claim No.: 94 <br />Project: Mayflower Road <br />Payee: Reith-Riley Construction <br />6706 North Gumwood Road <br />Granger, Indiana 46530 <br />Amount: $40,754.65 <br />Mr. Leszczynski made a motion that the claims be approved and the <br />reports as submitted be filed. Mrs. Manier seconded the motion <br />which carried. <br />INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENTS - RE• GUS MACKER 3-ON- <br />Mr. Leszczynski advised that the Board is in receipt of <br />Indemnification and Hold Harmless Agreements in conjunction with <br />the Gus Macker 3-on-3 Basketball Tournament from the following: <br />1. Holladay Corporation <br />2. Batteast Construction <br />3. The Works Hotel and Restaurant Partnership, d/b/a <br />"The Works" <br />4. Madison Center <br />5. St. Joseph's Medical Center <br />Mr. Leszczynski made a motion that these Agreements be approved <br />and executed. Mr. Caldwell seconded the motion which carried. <br />VYZNINU OF QUOTATIONS - STUDEBAKER CORRIDOR REDEVELOPMENT PHASE <br />IA CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT 2 <br />Mrs. Ann Kolata, Deputy Executive Director, Department of <br />Community and Economic Development, informed the Board that this <br />was the date set for the receiving and opening of sealed <br />Quotations for curb and sidewalk repair in the Main and Garst <br />Street area near the Wheel and Rim Shop. The following Quotations <br />were opened and read: <br />MURDOCK AND SONS CONSTRUCTION INC. <br />131 South Taylor Street <br />South Bend, Indiana 46601 <br />Quotation was signed by Mr. W. H. Calvin Murdock, President. <br />QUOTATION: <br />TOTAL BASE BID: $22,110.00 <br />ALTERNATE ITEMS: $ 6,355.00 <br />GRAND TOTAL: $28,465.00 <br />
