Mr. Caldwell made a motion <br />that the lists as submitted be accepted for filing. Mr. <br />Leszczynski seconded the motion which carried. <br />FILING OF CERTIFICATES OF INSURANCE <br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Caldwell <br />and carried, Certificates of Insurance for the following were <br />accepted and filed: <br />1. Box 11302 <br />South Bend, Indiana <br />APPROVE CLAIMS <br />Mr. Kevin Horton, City Controller, submitted claims in the amount <br />of $582,205.22 and recommended approval. Additionally, Mr. Juan <br />Manigault, Executive Director, WDS of Northern Indiana, submitted <br />two (2) lists containing claims in the amounts of $33,666.42 and <br />$185,921.42 and recommended approval. Mr. Caldwell made a motion <br />that the claims be approved and the reports as submitted be filed. <br />Mr. Leszczynski seconded the motion which carried. <br />PRIVILEGE OF THE FLOOR: <br />QUESTIONS ABOUT PARKING ENFORCEMENT SPEED-UP <br />Mr. Tom Howell, Radio Station U93, informed the Board that it has <br />come to his attention that there are disgruntled City and County <br />employees because of a speed-up of downtown parking enforcement, <br />particularly moving of a vehicle from one two-hour parking space <br />1 <br />L� <br />11 <br />
