Parmerlee, Clerk <br />RESOLUTION NO. 10-1993 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS <br />OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA <br />APPROVING THE EXECUTION OF AN ADDENDUM TO SUBLEASE <br />(Monroe Park Affordable Housing Project) <br />WHEREAS, the City of South Bend, Indiana, acting by and <br />through its Board of Public Works, (the "City") previously <br />entered into a sublease between the City and the Housing <br />Development Corporation of St. Joseph County, Inc. (the <br />"Lessee"), dated as of October 21, 1991, (the "Sublease"), <br />pursuant to which the City will lease certain land to the Lessee; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the City and Lessee desire to approve and execute an <br />Addendum to Sublease (the "Addendum"), a copy of which is <br />attached hereto as Exhibit "A", to delete one of the properties <br />to be leased to the Lessee thereunder. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS <br />OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. The Sublease shall be amended to delete one of the <br />properties to be leased to the Lessee thereunder, as set forth in <br />Exhibit "A" hereto. <br />2. All remaining terms, covenants and conditions as set <br />forth in the Sublease shall remain in full force and effect. <br />3. This resolution shall be in full force and effect after <br />its adoption. <br />4. The members of the Board of Public Works of the City of <br />South Bend, Indiana are hereby authorized and directed to execute <br />the Addendum attached hereto as Exhibit "A". <br />ADOPTED at a meeting of the Board of Public Works of the City <br />of South Bend, Indiana held on February 15, 1993, at 1308 <br />County -City Building, 227 West Jefferson Boulevard, South Bend, <br />Indiana 46601. <br />CITY OF SOUTH BEND <br />BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS <br />s/John E.
