REGULAR MEETING <br />MAY 31, 1994 <br />has submitted two (2) lists containing ninety-seven (97) City <br />owned ',and miscellaneous properties which were cleaned by the <br />Department from May 16, 1994, to May 18, 1994. Mr. Leszczynski <br />made a motion that the lists as submitted be accepted for filing. <br />Mr. Caldwell seconded the motion which carried. <br />FILING OF CERTIFICATES OF INSURANCE <br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Caldwell <br />and carried, a Certificate of Insurance for Lykowski Construction, <br />Inc.,21707 West Ireland Road, South Bend, Indiana, was accepted <br />for filing. <br />APPROVE CLAIMS <br />Mr. Kevin Horton, City Controller, submitted claims in the amount <br />of $89,4,679.20 and recommended approval. Mrs. Manier made a <br />motions that the claims be approved and the report as submitted be <br />filed. Mr. Leszczynski seconded the motion which carried. <br />There (being no further business to come before the Board, upon a <br />motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mrs. Manier and <br />carried, the meeting was adjourned at 9:58 a.m. <br />BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS <br />Jo n E.
