Caldwell present. Also present was Board Attorney Anne <br />Brune <br />1. <br />APPROVE <br />MINUTES OF PREVIOUS MEETINGS <br />a motion made by Mr. Caldwell, seconded by Mrs. Manier and <br />Upon <br />carri <br />d, the minutes of the regular meeting of the Board held on <br />May 2', <br />1994, were approved as submitted. <br />OPENI <br />G OF BIDS - HVAC UPGRADE FOR ADMINISTRATION BUILDING - <br />TREATMENT PLANT <br />the date set for receiving and opening of sealed bids for <br />WASTEWATER <br />This was <br />the a <br />ove referred to project. The Clerk tendered proofs of <br />publication <br />of Notice in the South Bend Tribune and the Tri-County <br />News which <br />were found to be sufficient. A representative from <br />Lumm Engineers, <br />Inc., advised that the Engineer's Estimate for <br />this project <br />is $41,000.00.
