1.75 REGULAR MEETING APRIL 11, 1994 to the City of South Bend 18-8026-1054 1502 Scott The northern half of Lot 28 of Stull's 4th Addition to the City of South Bend 18-8026-1055 1506 Scott The southern half of Lot 28 of Stull's 4th Addition to the City of South Bend 18-8052-2111 1125 Indiana Lot 185 of Olivers 2nd Addition to the City of South Bend 18-8093-3577 2218 Indiana Lot 86 of the South Bend Industrial Addition to the City of South Bend 18-8093-3578 1616 Phillipa Lot 85 of the South Bend Industrial Addition to the City of South Bend 18-8095-3636 1801 Carlisle Lot 71 of South Bend Industrial Addition to the City of South Bend 18-8095-3637 1805 Carlisle Lot 70 of South Bend Industrial Addition to the City of South Bend 18-8095-3638 1814 Phillipa Lot 69 of South Bend Industrial Addition to the City of South Bend WHEREAS, the City has requested that the County transfer the parcels described above to the City's Board of Public Works, which is authorized by I.C. 36-9-6 to acquire, maintain, and control the real property of the City; and WHEREAS, the County is willing to transfer said parcels to the City upon payment of One Dollar ($1.00) per parcel and the City's agreement to assume any recording costs associated with the transfer; and WHEREAS, I.C. 36-1-11-8 provides for the transfer of real property between governmental entities by adoption of substantially equivalent resolutions; and WHEREAS, the County's Board of Commissioners has adopted a resolution substantially equivalent to this resolution setting forth the terms and conditions of this transfer of real estate between the County and the City. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Public Works for the City of South Bend, Indiana, as follows: 1) The County shall transfer to the City, and the City shall accept, 28 parcels of real property, more particularly described as follows: Key Number Address Legal 18-1044-1895 125 Spruce Lot 95 in Commissioners Subdivision of Bank Outlot 79 to the City of South Bend 18-1044-1896 121 Spruce Lot 94 in Commissioners Subdivision of Bank Outlot 79 to the City of South Bend
