This trade allowance can be used to <br />reduce the selling price, reduce the lease payments, or <br />paid in cash to the City within thirty (30) days of golf <br />car delivery. <br />ITEMS VIII - TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF WARRANTIES• ON -SITE <br />INVENTORIES; MAINTENANCE AGREEMENTS <br />1. All cars come with a three (3) year parts and labor <br />warranty. Copy is enclosed with the bid. <br />2. A full service maintenance contract is available for <br />$60.00 per car per year for gas cars and $50.00 per car <br />per year for electric cars. The terms and conditions of <br />the maintenance contract are included in the bid. <br />Upon a motion made by Mrs. Manier, seconded by Mr. Caldwell and <br />carried, the above bids were referred to the appropriate City <br />departments for review and recommendation. <br />OPENING OF QUOTATIONS - REPLACEMENT OF POWER SOURCE AT THE <br />INTERSECTION OF FALCON AND WESTERN AVENUE <br />Mr. Caldwell noted that this was the date set for the receiving <br />and opening of sealed Quotations for the above referred to <br />project. It is noted that the work to be performed includes <br />labor, material and equipment to replace a power source at the <br />intersection of Falcon and Western Avenue at the southwest corner. <br />Mr. Caldwell noted that a vehicle ran into this power source and <br />it needs to be replaced. <br />The following Quotations were opened and read: <br />
