U58 <br />05 <br />REGULAR MEETING <br />JANUARY 17, 1994 <br />Mr. Tom Howell, Reporter, U93 Radio, inquired of Mr. Leszczynski <br />what tips homeowners should follow during period of subzero <br />weather and inquired what the Water Works will provide as far as <br />assistance. Mr. Leszczynski indicated that the care of frozen <br />pipes is the property owners responsibility. However, Mr. <br />Leszczynski stated that homeowners should leave their water <br />running at a trickle at their farthest faucet in order for the <br />water to circulate through the house.
