OPENING OF BIDS - COPY MACHINES Mr. Leszczynski noted that this was the date set for the receiving and opening of sealed bids for the following: One (1) more or One (1) less, 5 less, copies per minute copier more or 10 copies per minute copier Three (3) more or less, 20 originals per minute copiers Four (4) more or less, 30 originals per minute copiers Three (3) more or less, 40 originals per minute copiers One (1) more or less, 60 originals per minute copier The Clerk tendered proofs of publication of the Notice to Bidders in the South Bend Tribune and the Tri-County News. Board Attorney Anne Bruneel advised that the bid of American Office Equipment, 220 West Colfax, Suite 150, South Bend, Indiana, was not signed. Therefore, Mr. Caldwell made a motion that the bid be rejected. Mrs. Manier seconded the motion which carried. The following bids were opened and read: ADAMS REMCO, INC. 2612 Foundation Drive P.O. Box 3968 South Bend, Indiana 46619-0968 Bid was signed by Mr. Patrick A. Smith, Non -Collusion Affidavit was in order, Non -Discrimination Commitment form was completed and a Certified Check in the amount of $2,731.00 was submitted.
