REGULAR MEETING <br />DECEMBER 4. 1995 <br />APPROVE CONSENT TO ANNEXATION AND WAIVER OF RIGHTS TO REMONSTRATE <br />Mr. Leszczynski stated that the Board is in receipt of a Consent to Annexation and Waiver of Right <br />to Remonstrate as submitted by Ms. Laura A. Labis. The Consent indicates that in consideration for <br />permission to tap into the public water system of the City, to provide water service to 17133 State <br />Road 23, Granger, Indiana, (Key # 02-2061-2653 and 02-2061-2654), Ms. Labis waives and releases <br />any and all rights to remonstrate against or oppose any pending or future annexation of the property <br />by the City of South Bend. Therefore, Mr. Caldwell made a motion that the Consent be approved. <br />Mr. Leszczynski seconded the motion which carried. <br />APPROVE CONSENT TO ANNEXATION AND WAIVER OF RIGHTS TO REMONSTRATE <br />Mr. Leszczynski stated that the Board is in receipt of a Consent to Annexation and Waiver of Right <br />to Remonstrate as submitted by Ms. Susan Jargensen. The Consent indicates that in consideration <br />for permission to tap into the public water system of the City, to provide water service to 17200 <br />McErlain, South Bend, Indiana, (Key # 02-2038-054804), Ms. Jargensen waives and releases any <br />and all rights to remonstrate against or oppose any pending or future annexation of the property by <br />the City of South Bend. Therefore, Mr. Caldwell made a motion that the Consent be approved. Mr. <br />Leszczynski seconded the motion which carried. <br />APPROVE TRAFFIC CONTROL DEVICES <br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Caldwell and carried, the following eight <br />(8) traffic control devices were approved: <br />REMOVAL OF: <br />Handicap Sign <br />LOCATION: <br />1022 East Wayne <br />REMARKS: <br />Signs not needed <br />REMOVAL OF: Handicap Sign <br />LOCATION: 624 South Bendix <br />REMARKS: Signs not needed <br />NEW INSTALLATION: Handicap Sign <br />LOCATION: 1322 North Adams <br />REMARKS: Mr. Stanley Zygulski has met all requirements <br />NEW INSTALLATION: Handicap Sign <br />LOCATION: 2486 Portage Way <br />REMARKS: Mr. Frank Wisniewski has met all requirements <br />REMOVAL OF: Handicap Sign <br />LOCATION: 312 Hamden Court <br />REMARKS: Signs not needed <br />REMOVAL OF: Handicap Sign <br />LOCATION: 514 S. Phillipa <br />REMARKS: Signs not needed <br />REMOVAL OF: Handicap Sign <br />LOCATION: 309 N.
