REGULAR MEETING JULY 24. 1995 The regular meeting of the Board of Public Works was convened at 9:34 a.m. on Monday, July 24, 1995, by Board Member James R. Caldwell. As there was not a quorum present, the meeting was continued until the July 31, 1995 meeting. Four (4) bid openings were scheduled to be opened and read at this meeting and the bids for each were received. RECEIPT OF BIDS - 1995 CONCRETE IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT - PROJECT NO. 95-41 This was the date set for receiving and opening of sealed bids for the above referred to project.
