REGULAR MEETING no Electrical Repair Fire Alarm System $16,302.00 $26,700.00 JUNE 19, 1995 Fire Sprinkler System NO BID Upon a motion made by Ms. Manier, seconded by Mr. Caldwell and carried, the bid received from River Bend Electric Inc., 59311 Myrtle Road, South Bend, Indiana, was rejected, as no bid bond was included. Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mrs. Manier and carried, the above bids were referred to the Division of Engineering for review and recommendation. OPENING OF BIDS - NEAR WESTSIDE PARTNERSHIP CENTER SERVICE AREA SIDEWALK. CURB. AND APPROACH REPAIRS - PROJECT NO. 94-89 This was the date set for receiving and opening of sealed bids for the above referred to project. The Clerk tendered proofs of publication of Notice in the South Bend Tribune and the Tri-County News which were found to be sufficient.
