REGULAR MEETING FEBRUARY 20, 1995 The regular meeting of the Board of Public Works was convened at 9:33 a.m. on Monday, February 20, 1995, by Board President John E. Leszczynski, with Mr. Leszczynski, Mr. James R. Caldwell and Mrs. Jenny Pitts Manier present. Board Attorney Anne Bruneel was not present. ADD AGENDA ITEM/STRICKEN AGENDA ITEM Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczysnki, seconded by Mrs. Manier and carried, an agenda item for Title Sheets was added, and the agenda item for Resolution No. 7-1995 was stricken from the agenda. APPROVE MINUTES OF PREVIOUS MEETING Upon a motion made by Mrs. Manier, seconded by Mr. Caldwell and carried, the minutes of the regular meeting of the Board held on February 13, 1995, were approved. OPENING AND AWARD OF BIDS - ERSKINE GOLF COURSE CLUBHOUSE REMODELING - PROJECT NO. 95-06 This was the date set for receiving and opening of sealed bids for the above referred to project. The Clerk tendered proofs of publication of Notice in the South Bend Tribune and the Tri-County News which were found to be sufficient. The following bids were opened and publicly read: ZIOLKOWSKI CONSTRUCTION, INC. 1005 S. Lafayette Boulevard South Bend, Indiana 46624 Bid was signed by Mr. Ben Ziolkowski, President Non -Collusion Affidavit was in order Non -Discrimination Commitment form was completed Five per cent (5%) Bid Bond was submitted BID: Division "A" Provide complete remodeling and additions to $ 9,441.00 mechanical system at Clubhouse per plans/specs Division "B" Provide complete remodeling and additions $20,180.00 to electrical system at Clubhouse per plans/specs Division "C" Provide complete remodeling and additions to $31,840.00 HVAC system at Clubhouse per plans/specs Division "D" Provide complete carpet installation at Clubhouse $24,927.00 per plans/specs Division "E" Provide complete window and door replacement NO BID at the Clubhouse per plans/specs F TOTAL AMOUNT OF BID $86,388.00
