The following bids were opened and publicly read: <br />GATES CHEVY WORLD <br />401 S. Lafayette Boulevard <br />South Bend, Indiana 46634 <br />Bid was signed by Mr. David Holland <br />Non -Collusion Affidavit was in order <br />Non -Discrimination Commitment form was completed <br />Ten per cent (10%) Bid Bond was submitted <br />BID: Net Price Each $17,522.00 Total (25) $438,050.00 <br />Note: Due to extreme material shortages, this bid is only a will try basis. Time is of the essence. <br />Exceptions: 1. Some specification items may not be available. These items will not alter the <br />9C I police package. The items could contain among others, key alike, <br />electric mirrors, and vinyl rear seat. <br />2. Delivery time of vehicles cannot be guaranteed. <br />
