510 <br />J <br />1 <br />REGULAR MEETING DECEMBER 9. 1996 <br />AWARD BID - WEST SIDE PARTNERSHIP CENTER SERVICE AREA - SEWER AND <br />STREET IMPROVEMENTS - PROJECT NO 96-45 <br />Mr. Carl P. Littrell, Director, Division of Engineering, advised the Board that on November 18, 1996, <br />bids were received and opened for the above referred to project. After reviewing those bids, Mr. <br />Littrell recommends that the Board award the contract to Reinke Construction Corporation, 1216 <br />West Sample Street, South Bend, Indiana, in the amount of $71,840.78. Therefore, Mr. Caldwell <br />made a motion that the recommendation be accepted and the bid be awarded as outlined above. Mr. <br />Leszczynski seconded the motion which carried. <br />AWARD BID - COMBINED SEWER OVERFLOW DISCONNECTIONS - PROJECT NO.95-110 <br />Mr. Carl P. Littrell, Director, Division of Engineering, advised the Board that on November 18, 1996, <br />bids were received and opened for the above referred to project. After reviewing those bids, Mr. <br />Littrell recommends that the Board award the contract to HRP Construction, Inc., 5777 Cleveland <br />Road, South Bend, Indiana, in the amount of $95,500.00. Therefore, Mr. Caldwell made a motion <br />that the recommendation be accepted and the bid be awarded as outlined above. Mrs. Manier <br />seconded the motion which carried. <br />AWARD BIDS - IST HALF OF 1997 COMPUTER BIDS <br />Mr. Milford Hutsell, Administration and Finance, advised the Board that on December 2, 1996, bids <br />were received and opened for the above referred to items.
