S03 <br />REGULAR MEETING DECEMBER 2, - 1996 <br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Caldwell, seconded by Mr. Leszczynski and carried, the bid received <br />from Data Resource Group, 1051 South Rogers Circle, Boca Raton, Florida, was rejected, as it did <br />not contain bid security, and Form 96 was not filled out properly. Upon a motion made by Mr. <br />Caldwell, seconded by Mr. Leszczynski and carried, the above bids were referred to Administration <br />and Finance for review and recommendation. <br />AWARD BIDS - POLICE VEHICLE ACCESSORIES <br />Captain Gary Horvath, South Bend Police Department, advised the Board that on November 18, <br />1996, bids were received and opened for the above referred to accessories.
