A. That the Real Property be transferred to the South Bend Heritage Foundation for the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) for use in its West LaSalle Street revitalization project. B. That the playground equipment located at the Real Property be located by South Bend Heritage Foundation to a location serving any eligible South Bend neighborhood; and WHEREAS, the Park Board has by its Resolution adopted May 20, 1996, resolved that the transfer of the Real Property to the South Bend Heritage Foundation shall be effectuated by the transfer of the Real Property to the City of South Bend which shall, through its Board of Public Works, approve the transfer of the Real Property to the South Bend Heritage Foundation. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend, Indiana, as follows: 1. That the Park Department owns the real property described at Exhibit "A", hereto, hereinafter referred to as the "Real Property." 2. That the Real Property is not required for park purposes. 3. That the Board of Public Works hereby accepts the transfer of the Real Property from the Park Board so that the Real Property may be conveyed by the Board of Public Works to South Bend Heritage Foundation upon the following conditions: A. That the Real Property be transferred to the South Bend Heritage Foundation for the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) for use in its West LaSalle Street revitalization project. B. That the playground equipment located at the Real Property be located by South Bend Heritage Foundation to a location serving any eligible South Bend neighborhood. 4.
