Board of Public Works: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 32-1996 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS <br />OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, <br />ACCEPTING THE TRANSFER OF REAL PROPERTY <br />FROM THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, DEPARTMENT OF REDEVELOPMENT <br />WHEREAS, the City of South Bend, Indiana, Department of Redevelopment <br />(Redevelopment) is the owner of the following described real property situated in St. Joseph County, <br />Indiana: <br />That part of the Northeast Quarter of Section 13, Township 37 North, Range Two East, City <br />of South Bend, St. Joseph County, Indiana, which is described as: Beginning at a point on <br />the North line of Keasey Street which is South 89 degrees 38 minutes 03 seconds East, 35.00 <br />feet from the Southwest corner of Lot 99 as shown on the recorded Plat of "Wenger & <br />Krieghbaum's 1st Addition;" thence North 1 degree 03 minutes 32 seconds East, 606.33 feet <br />to a 5/8" capped rebar set on the South line of Sample Street which is South 89 degrees 10 <br />minutes 03 seconds East, 35.00 feet from the Northwest corner of Lot 1 as shown on said <br />recorded Plat; thence South 89 degrees 10 minutes 03 seconds East, 213.55 feet; thence <br />South 56 degrees 06 minutes 12 seconds East, 177.69 feet; thence South 60 degrees 49 <br />minutes 39 seconds East, 54.83 feet; thence South 56 degrees 50 minutes 24 seconds East, <br />279.71 feet; thence South 57 degrees 10 minutes 37 seconds East 207.90 feet; thence South <br />00 degrees 12 minutes 10 seconds West, 216.90 feet; thence North 89 degrees 38 minutes <br />03 seconds West, 828.22 feet to the Point of Beginning.
